Returns Policy for Retail Customers
We offer 30 day returns just be sure to keep all the product packaging and swing tags intact and keep items clean and hair free.
Refunds and product exchanges are generally processed within one business day, however bank processing times vary and refunds may take up to a week to show in your account. You will receive email notification when your return has been processed / exchanged items shipped.
Items must be received at Ashbree Saddlery (Equinenz) within 30 days (from the receipt of parcel).
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; therefore initial shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the return is a result of our error).
Items must be in re-sellable condition at the full RRP including product packaging (to the discretion of the Ashbree Saddlery (Equinenz) Team). If the item is not re-sellable at the full RRP a refund will not be given.
If item does not meet re-sellable conditions then it will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
All goods must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags attached and in original packaging to be considered resellable.
Returned items that are dirty or have horse hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
How to return goods
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account and submit a return request in the returns centre. If you can not remember your password click the Forgot pasword link under the login box and we will send you a new password by email.
